Lola, the Iberian lynx, lives in Mediterranean woodland and maquis thickets. Her preferred habitat is a combination of dense scrub for shelter and open pasture for hunting rabbits. Lola loves wild rabbits and will eat ducks, young deer, and partridges if she can’t find any rabbits. During the summer, she sleeps at night, while in winter, she sleeps at night too.

We spent a considerable amount of time meticulously creating Lola to resemble an Iberian lynx in the wild. Her tan body has been overprinted with black rosettes, which are a mark of lynxes and appear on her back, face, parts of her arms, legs, and snout. Her stomach and the front of her ears are white. She has long white fur tufts around her cheeks. Her ears have long black fur tufts, which define the lynx. Some scientists believe lynxes use their long hairs to detect things above their heads when they move around at night. Lola has beautiful, engaging green eyes, and a black Iberian Lynx nose.

In the process of tanning, the soft wool fiber is attached to the leather in the sheepskin. This creates a fusion of fur and leather that helps to maintain all the benefits of the wool-fur fiber, ensuring that the sheepskin remains in its most beneficial state.
