What is merino fleece?

Our merino fleece is a unique fabric that we first developed in 2015 and have been improving on each year. The fabric looks and feels like soft sweatshirting on the outside, and has a beautiful brushed and fluffy finish on the inside. Consisting of 83% merino wool, and 17% elastane, our fleece is a Woolmark certified wool rich blend. The elastane has been an improvement we’ve made to the fabric over recent years, to provide a comfortable stretch. With superior softness, breathability, temperature regulation, moisture and odour control, merino is the perfect choice for little ones.

How do I wash merino fleece?

For the first few washes, turn the item inside out and shake free any loose fluff.
Wash separately on a cold wool wash or delicate cycle (30°C max) with liquid wool detergent- using wool detergents is very important to maintain the quality of your merino!
Air dry by hanging or laying flat.
Do not soak, bleach or hot iron.
